ELMDALE -- Frederick William Schneider, 69, of Elmdale, died Wednesday morning in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville where he had been a patient about two hours. Death was attributed to a coronary occlusion. Mr. Schneider, who farmed all of his life, was a member of the Methodist Church at Hanover, Ind. Born Jan. 9, 1897, at Hanover, he was a son of George and Mary Faith Schneider. He was never married. Surviving are two brothers, George of Princeton, Ill. and Raymond of Peoria, Ill.; and two sisters, Mrs. Frances Eldridge of Hanover and Mrs. Ethel Thurnall of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be conducted at Hunt & Son Funeral Home in Crawfordsville at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. John Servies officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Thursday.
